Ah, the car wash. Often it is put off 'till another day and the dirt builds and builds. Seems harmless enough, but dirt is actually pretty abrasive and will scratch your paint and eventually rust will set in. Be sure to keep up on those car washes and don't let that happen!
Dirt isn't the only enemy, either. Bird droppings, sap, and even UV rays will all damage your paint job if left to sit on your vehicle. Be sure to not skip the wax job, either. There really isn't much protecting your paint form the harsh elements of the world, so make sure that there is a layer of protection still there to help.
Try to aim to get your car washed every couple of weeks, and get it waxed at the same time. A little TLC will go a very long way to keeping your vehicle looking nice.
